Its types:

·       HR-T1: The conveyor belts are made out of a special rubber compound containing high-quality SBR. They aid in the shipment of hot coke, clinkers, and hot lime block. The maximum temperature on the belt surface is 100deg C, and the maximum temperature is 125deg C in the transportation of material.

·       SHR-T2: A special synthetic rubber compound can withstand elevated temperatures when transporting products like hot cement, sintered coke, and soda ash. The Maximum temperature on the belt surface is 125deg C & the Maximum temperature is 150deg C for the transportation of material.

·       SHRT3: These belts are mostly used to transport hot materials such as cement, clinker, sintered ore, and phosphate. They can transport material at a peak temperature of 180deg C and a constant temperature of 150deg C.

These belts should be carefully chosen based on the temperature of the conveying medium and the belt's structure.

Some of these things to be checked are :

·        The dropping during the loading process.

·        The dimensions of the material used in its production.

·        Conveyor speed

·        The thickness of the cover
